Waldrof salad seasoned with cardamom and honey
- 1 red apple, cored and diced
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup fresh walnuts
For the dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon of honey bees pure
- ½ tsp. ground cardamom
- salt and pepper
- lettuce to serve
